1. PrimeOne Realty only charges a per transaction fee at closing and a minimum Monthly fee of $70, so the agent is the owner of the deal not a non owner small share "partner". 3. Change in the office environment (e.g. change in office policies, change in branch manager, change in office location etc.) Saturated? People looking at you every day to see what they take out of your bag? Leads going to a buddy of the office manager? Office Leads going to other buddy of the Office Manager? Lead Calls for you from your own advertising or signage diverted to another agent? Rates going up every time without any reason or explanation to cover office losses converted in your losses?
4. Personal conflict with the manager or another sales associate.
